Operators are available 7 a.m. to midnight, ET, Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays.

  3. To resolve any of the following issues with an existing reservation you must contact a Travel Support Center Customer Service Agent by calling 1-619-435-6103:
    • Changes or cancellations to existing reservations
    • Problems with payment such as credit or debit cards
    • No confirmation e-mail listing the reservation and ticket numbers (electronic ticket)
    • No receipt of paper tickets (in lieu of electronic ticket)
    • For the resolution of certain issues, airlines require that you contact them directly. These include:
      • Unaccompanied minor travel
      • Change a ticket once travel started
      • Special requests for medical, pets, meals, wheelchair
      • Lost luggage information
