- For lost or stolen passports, contact the US Department of State at Lost Passports. Operators are available 7 a.m. to midnight, ET, Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays.

- To resolve any of the following issues with an existing reservation you must contact a Travel Support Center Customer Service Agent by calling 1-619-435-6103:
- Changes or cancellations to existing reservations
- Problems with payment such as credit or debit cards
- No confirmation e-mail listing the reservation and ticket numbers (electronic ticket)
- No receipt of paper tickets (in lieu of electronic ticket)
- For the resolution of certain issues, airlines require that you contact them directly. These include:
- Unaccompanied minor travel
- Change a ticket once travel started
- Special requests for medical, pets, meals, wheelchair
- Lost luggage information
