I wanted to let you know that I was very well served by your employee Erica. About a week ago, I made a terrible mistake when I booked reservations through your company and I booked them for exactly 1 month too early. I realized it early the next morning and called to see what could be done. Erica answered the phone and was more than helpful! She had a beautiful attitude and I feel she went the extra mile in helping me get my problem resolved. Her voice was uplifting and cheerful and she did what it took to get my problem resolved.
I am a manager at my job and I feel that companies need to know about the "great”" employees who go beyond "just doing their jobs". She deserves some "kudos".

I just finished booking a complicated multi-city itinerary throughout the Asia Pacific region with your representative, Dolly. I wanted to drop a note to the manager of TONY, one of your excellent travel agents. I felt so at ease talking with Tony that I asked him to handle my entire, confusing, travel arrangements. He went the extra mile to coordinate my minor son’s flights, which were different than mine and his dad's, even to the point of assuring our seats were booked properly so everyone was sitting where and when they needed to be at 3 different points.
The process was confusing and attention to details was imperative. I would highly recommend not only Travel Support Center, but Tony, personally to anyone for their travel needs. He is a valued asset to your organization and I appreciate him taking the extra steps to make our arrangements a pleasant experience.

Hi there. I would like this message to go to April and Patty’s supervisors. I did as requested and called in. Even though I lost my connection right after reaching April, I called back and Patty assisted and joked with me while I was on hold for April. What a breath of fresh air to have some fun instead of someone reading me a script. Thanks to Patty…you DO have a sense of humor.
April was INCREDIBLE. She not only was able to comply with all of the various requests I have, she was friendly, professional and most importantly informative. She gave me all the options available to me, and worked to get me the credits I would get for canceling the flight instead of just canceling and letting it be. Throughout the whole call I felt as if I was speaking to an actual person, which makes all the difference in the world. Its hard to make people understand that for some reason. I genuinely appreciate all her help and most importantly her personable nature.
